charlesnaismithWhen Shrove Tuesday rolled around at school many years ago. The parents would come in and cook pancakes with lemon and sugar. Buckwheat pancakes featured prominently to which I and my school mates would respond "what the fuck is this shit".
Today I made myself buckwheat galettes (pancakes) and ate them with lemon and sugar, my feeling about the food? "this is fucking great".
I really like buckwheat pancakes.
